Chiral Separation Columns (ORpak CRX-853)
These are columns for separating optical isomers by ligand exchange using L-amino
acid derivatives as the ligand. Eluent containing copper ions are used such as
copper sulfate solutions. These columns can be used to analyze optical isomers
of compounds which comprise a complex with copper, such as amino acids and acid
hydroxyl groups, as well as their derivatives.
