Semi-micro GPC Columns

There are increasing concerns about possible environmental impact of synthetic polymer analysis using organic solvents as eluents. Shodex semi-micro GPC columns require only one third of solvent volumes required by standard GPC columns. Smaller particle size enables higher-resolution fractionation. Detection sensitivity is about four times higher than that of standard GPC columns. A single column can substitute for conventional analysis using two or more coupled columns, which shortens analysis time.
