Prepacked ready-to-use Shodex LC/MS columns have requisite features: excellent retention of hydrophilic substances, ability to analyze a variety of samples at low salt concentrations, and elimination of polymeric impurities. These columns work well in column switching applications or for impurity elimination & hydrophilic substance concentration and/or online sample pretreatment. Using a surfactant elimination column enables reproducible analysis of trace materials in complex matrices.
