Comparison of Silica-based Column with Polymer-based Column

Asahipak ODP columns are suitable for the analysis of macromolecules such as proteins. A comparison of resolution between the polymer-based (ODP) and the silica-based (ODS) columns shows that the resolution of the former is better.
