The analytical results of polyacrylamide are shown. In the analysis with OHpak SB-806 HQ (exclusion limit: 2.0x10⁷g/mol), polyacrylamide elutes around exclusion limit. On the other hand, iIn the analysis with SUGAR KS-807 (exclusion limit: 2.0x10⁸g/mol) polyacrylamide elutes around exclusion limit.
