Amides (3) (DE-413)
In order to separate hydrophilic compounds, water or 100% buffer solution is used as the eluent, however,
such eluent usually shorten the column life of ODS columns. Since the packing material of RSpak
DE-413 is chemically stable and has
long column life. The stable analysis results can be obtained using DE-413 even when 100% aqueous solution is used as the eluent.
